Wayne Gretzky and Skating to the Puck

Wayne Gretzky said, “I skate to where the puck is going to be, not where it has been.”

So, if point A is where you are and point B is where you want to be (the goal),  ask the question: "How do we get there?" everyday. Why?  Because things change on how you are going to get to B everyday. Go forward to where you need to be and less of where you have been. Thanks Wayne.
